Refund Policy

You are paying for the hairstylist's time, products, and other expenses used to provide you with the service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with the service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. A fix can be done to improve your current situation. Any adjustments will be complementary if the artist is at fault. Concerns raised after 72 hours of your last appointment will not be addressed.


No refunds or exchanges for online orders.

Changing your appointment 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a booked appointment without losing your deposit / retainer.

Deposit policy 

We respectfully require a non refundable $50 deposit / retainer to reserve your appointment
